• Hi team,

Firstly, thank you for the awesome plugin. It’s great and easy to configure and use.

We are facing a problem though. Whenever a customer sends a request for a quote, in the email notification the admin receives, the shortcode doesn’t get rendered and no relevant information gets passed.

Here’s the screenshot of the email for your reference:

It just shows shortcodes as it is. I could not quite figure out what the problem is. Could you please help me with this?

    It would be highly appreciated.

    Thanks a ton!

Good to know you liked this plugin.

Are our plugin and CF7 plugin updated to your site?

Are you having this issue only with the popup forms or a default Contact Form 7’s form as well?

Give me a screenshot of the CF7’s form and mail settings page.

    Thanks

    Hi there,

    Thanks for your prompt reply!

To answer your first question, yes we have both the plugins installed on our site.

Yes, the issue is happening only with the popup forms, the default Contact Form 7 form works fine, we can see the information in the notification email perfectly.

It’s just the following shortcode that’s not displaying any info: [post_title]

Also, here are the requested screenshots:

Please let me know if you need anything else from my end to debug this further.
    Thanks a ton!
