    Hello,

    Email notification,
    Can I add the URL that shows which page the form was filled in?

    and

    Does the PRO version have an integrated SMS service?

    Hope you are doing well. We can understand your query but the feature of adding the URL or Referral page link to the form and also the feature of SMS service is currently not available on the Metform plugin. But from the Entries section of Metform, you will be able to track from which page the form is submitted. A Referral Column is included there which will help you to identify that!
