Email notification stopped working

Hello there!
I’ve been using the plugin for 2 years with no issue, but around two weeks ago it stopped sending e-mail notifications to subscribers. I’ve checked several messages from users of this very forum reporting the same problem, and tried the following procedures (no with no results):
1) Sent test emails, all of them arrived at different inboxes.
2) After publishing the post, there was no report with the status ‘In Queue’ on the Report screen. All the statuses were flagged with “completed”, and none of the subscribers received the email (inbox or spam folder).`
3) No settings were changed since plugin installation in 2020.
The post notification campaign is active, and while publishing the posts, the categories were selected as configured in the active campaign. No changes were made to the email list as well. There is no cloned post. WordPress site health shows no critical error.
I sent a message to the support this morning but still have no answer. Any help would be really appreciated.
