Email Notification to Admin not functioning

Our admin is not receiving emails notifying of new user registration. We have tried various configurations through Register Plus Redux. Our general wordpress registration settings are configured properly. The new registrant is notified, but the admin is not.

From: (yes, there is an email address here too)
