Email Notification to Admin not functioning

    Our admin is not receiving emails notifying of new user registration. We have tried various configurations through Register Plus Redux. Our general wordpress registration settings are configured properly. The new registrant is notified, but the admin is not.

    HERE IS THE BACKEND

    Summary The following message will be sent when a user is registered or created:
    To: ( I AM HIDING THE ADMIN EMAIL ADDRESS for the sake of the support forum )
    From: (yes, there is an email address here too)
    Subject: New User Registered
    Content-Type: text/plain
    New user registered on your site %blogname%

    Username: %user_login%
    E-mail: %user_email%
