Email notification to all users on new comments?

The admin (me) gets an email notification whenever new posts or comments appear, but I would like the same to happen for all registered users. I’ve found quite a few plugins with options to send out notifications of new posts, or of comments to one’s own posts, but it doesn’t appear clearly if any of these plugins also extend to comments and not only posts. Since, as it seems, most of them require considerable manual configuration to work properly, I figured I’d post this question here before I start testing them all… Sorry ’bout that.
