• Hi, I was just wondering if you can add an email option in the settings to also send a customizable email to the buyer (customer) on payment failure? I see that there is one for the admin already. I don’t see any hooks/filters in the code to be able to do this myself.

Thank you for developing the plugin and for your support.

The payment failure emails are not something for your customer really. That normally shouldn’t happen on a properly configured website where the plugin is running fine. Those are usually useful for troubleshooting when the admin is setting up the site and something is going wrong with the transaction.

Yes, that’s true. Perhaps the option to redirect the customer to another page instead upon payment failure? I have had an issue with a site that does many payments that when the charge fails, the customer is not aware because they are still redirected to the success thank you page. The customer needs to know their payment failed.

For example, this is from the debug log of when a card is declined, the plugin will still direct people to the thank you page:

    FAILURE: Your card was declined.
FAILURE: Error occured after user interacted with popup.
    Redirecting to results page “/thank-you/”

It also follows the same steps for all other FAILURE errors.
