    Greetings,

When I test the form, it’s sending a confirmation to the user, but not the admin. It doesn’t matter what email I put in reply to. How do I setup the admin email address and receive email when someone uses the contact form?

    Please let me know.

    Thanks.

Yes, I read this before posting.

So, what you’re basically saying is that there is no admin email, different from what the user posts?

@dynm — I’m having the same problem. Did you figure it out yet?

As far as I can tell, there’s no notification, you only get a duplicate of the email sent, which is really lame.

My contact form cc’s to a personal address, but another address. Try using CC with a different address.

i actually can’t get EITHER email (admin-notif or user-confirmation) to send. I do see entries logged in the wp database (via separate cf7 database plugin).

I normally use (and much prefer) GravityForms, but my client already has CF7 and wants to continue using it.

most likely, it’s your mail server on your localhost, exim or postfix, or whatever you’re using.

I am having the same problem. I can see all the entries in the gravity form but doesn’t notifies admin or users. We need this functions and already lost some contacts. is there a fix tot this?
