email notification turn off no persmission

    when I click to save for the turning off the user email notificaitons(like welcome email, passwords change email…), below message saying that I have no permission. Could you please help me with this problem? Thank you very much!

    Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Hi @seeds2021

    Please ask your hosting provider if their mod_security is enabled on your server. If so, try excluding the UM Settings and see if the issue goes away.
