    Hello,

    When we manually approve bookings from the Dashboard page by clicking the ‘pending’ link under ‘Today/Tomorrow/This Week’ the customers do not receive an ‘appointment has changed’ email like below:

    Richard Mitchell,

    The status of your appointment has changed.

    New Status: Approved

    Appointment Details:

    When we manually approve them from the ‘appointments tab’ and select ‘send email notification’ then approve, they receive an email.

    My question is, if we are approving multiple bookings at a time, is there a quicker way to approve all bookings and have the customers receive an email? or just the slower way of selecting each booking through the appointments page and going through each one?

    Please respond! I’m still waiting on my last support request that has been forgotten TWICE.

    As for the feature you’re mentioning on this topic, We’re going to add it to the to-do list. I think that a way to approve all pending appointments in bulk would be very useful.
