    Hello,

I have check boxes with a link in my form. To do this, I write a text with an html link to the options

    text text text <a href="link" target="_blank">Link</a>text

Technically it works very well. However, the notification email doesn’t look good. Many underscores are inserted there. See the screenshot. The first point in the screenshot is called “Alter” (German for age), there is no link and there are no underscores. All other check boxes have links and contain underscores.

How can I remove these underscores?

    Greetings,
    Flo

  • HI @flohaase,

I understand you are experiencing an issue with underscores appearing in your notification email when using HTML links in your weForms checkboxes. Unfortunately, this is a known issue that occurs when HTML tags are used within form fields, as they can interfere with the form rendering and email formatting.

To address this issue, we recommend utilizing the ‘Description’ field of the form element to provide the link, instead of embedding it directly into the checkbox options. You can insert your hyperlink in the ‘Description’ field and it will appear below the checkbox option. This way, the link won’t interfere with the email formatting.

Please note, the description field supports Markdown, so you can create hyperlinks there as well.

I hope this helps! Let us know if you have any other questions or if there’s anything else we can assist you with.
