    Maintain multiple sites for a client and this seems to be happening across the board. When a customer fills out a form on the site sometimes the client is notified of the form fill and sometimes not. There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. Has anyone else had this issue before?

    Email delivery depends on your web host and email config, not the plugin. We recommend using a third-party SMTP plugin like Easy WP SMTP to configure and test emails.
