    None of the email notifications seem to be working.

    Admin doesn’t receive a notification when a new user registers.

    I’ve registered several dummy users an none of them receive notifications.

    I’ve been through the documentation and ran the email test plugin suggeted (which worked) and at a loss as to what else I can do.

    Any help appreciated. Thanks!

    Could you please provide me the URL of the registration form? Also once please do recheck the setting and configuration going through this documentation: https://docs.wpeverest.com/user-registration/docs/emails-are-not-being-delivered/.

    I’ve been through all the settings and checked the suggestions in the documentation to no avail.

    Hi @sonyalou,

    I just tried to do a test register but due to the nonce error, I am unable to submit the form. The nonce error appears only if your nonce key is expired. Maybe due to some caching your page is not being able to get a new nonce key. Please clear all cache for that certain page.

    I’ve cleared the cache now. Unfortunately, the nonce error is another issue that we have been getting lately that I need to sort out!

    Now I am able to submit the form but there seems to be an issue with the email delivery. Thus we have to debug the issue on your site. So please contact the developer team here: https://wpeverest.com/contact/
