Email Notifications

  • I’m working on a site with a temp. url https://haydenl1.sg-host.com/ not sure whats going on but when I test the user get strange email chain
    1st email saying ‘your booking is waiting approval’
    2nd email Booking is approved (once ticked) goes to pending payment
    have to press complete and nothing happens not even an email with the payment link.
    I just want the user to get two emails, one for booking is awaiting approval then another please pay. Could you please have a look for me.

    Are you getting 2 emails when clicking on approval button?

    while approving order customer will get only 1 email with a payment link to pay. The order status will be “pending payment”. Order with pending payment status only can make payment in woocommerce. Hense status is changing.
