Email notifications

Hi Taylor,
First of all, great job on the update – the backwards compatibility really helped today. The forms look great and are easy to use.
A few things:
1. We used to be able to hit reply to each email notification and respond to the inquiries right away and we receive a large number each day (we manage rental properties). Now the emails come from wordpress’s email account. Can this be changed?
2. This was a problem with the older versions too but is there any way we can adjust the ‘date submitted’ time to our time zone? it’s always 8 hours ahead. (Not urgent)
3. On the same note about time, can the ‘time’ portion be erased from email notifications if we do not make it part of the form’s selections?
For example, we’ve only allowed date selections but in our email notifications, it still shows the time. And for us the check-in time and check-out times are important.
