Email notifications

Je suis la personne qui anime la page de la Coordination Humanitaire Développement, un Collectif de 40 ONG Humanitaires fran?aises.

J’ai une “petite urgence” ce jour avec ma Newsletter du WordPRESS qui est bloquée, le message est le suivant: Could not instantiate mail function.

Pourriez vous m’aider SVP.

thank you for your reply. Unfortunately it doesn’t resolve my issue.
1. My current sending method is via Sendgrid
2. I’m NOT receiving an error when sending test e-mail
3. My newsletters are sent on time
4. Subscribers receive my newsletters

I am the one that does not receives e-mails. E-mails with notifications when someone subscribers or unsubscribe. E-mail address I’m sending is the the one connected to my domain. And that is e-mail address that doesn’t receive those notifications.

1. Can you try using a different email for the notifications?

2. Can you see if the emails are going into spam?

2. No, there are no emails from blog/mail in spam.

Hi,
after changing notification receiving address I started to receive notification about new subscribers.
Notification which I receive from Sendgrid don’t have that problem. Hope it helps. I you need some more information, let me Know so we can solve it.
