    Does this plugin send a email notification to the Super admin when a new ticket is created?

    Hello vgballer,

    no, it doesn’t. Part of developing this plugin was also not having to deal with tons of (request) e-mails. But it’s nonetheless put on the to-do list (the option to turn it off is definitely considered).
