    Hello,

    I followed your setup instructions to set the email notifications sent out to both the user and the admin whenever a new user registers. However, when i test the functionality by registering a dummy account, neither the admin nor the user receives any email notifications. Can you assist with that?

    Hi @odmarketers,

    Have you checked your spam folder because these emails can be sent to the spam?
    Do you use one of the SMTP plugins on your site?
    Please do a quick conflict test so we can rule out any conflicts with your theme or one of your plugins and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Hi, thanks for quick reply!

    1) I checked spam folder. Nothing there.
    2) I don’t use SMTP plugin. If i install one, i’ll need to provide my host’s SMTP details to set it up?
    3) I doubt a theme or other plugins will be the cause of this issue. I suspect it is my host.

    Update to my last message:

    3) I migrated the site to another server and indeed it was the issue. Now the email notifications are sent out. However, now i have another issue.

    So first of all i seem not able to login into a user’s account that i create for testing purposes. I have received this email notification https://www.screencast.com/t/WYnPxu5u . So when i’m trying to reset the password and i click that provided links, here is what i see https://www.screencast.com/t/mivJ8L2mu . I even entered my username and received a separate email to reset the password but when i click that reset URL, i see the same error. Please advise why i’m not able to reset the password.

    I guess there is no point to ask you for help again. I understand that free plugins don’t get instant support like the paid ones but not paying attention to your even free users is a bad approach! I’m deleting your plugin and I’ll never use any of your free or paid products again. You have just lost a customer over your lack of support to your entry products. Sad…
