Email notifications error

  • I do not receive email notifications of new orders.
    The buyer does not receive notifications. Plugin Configuration OK
    Any ideas?

    Are you getting other emails from your site?

    Hello,
    I am also having this issue. If I do a test order as admin, I will receive a receipt email but other testers are not receiving any emails. Everything else seems to be working fine. Any ideas?

    Please check whether the emails are being landed in the spam folder or what?
