Email Notifications Fix

  • Since this is apparently a dead plugin, and support is no longer helping, I wanted to share something that worked for me.

    I suddenly stopped receiving email notifications when a form was submitted.

    After digging around, I found that setting up the SMTP option under VFB Pro settings fixes the problem.

    You’ll have to get the information from your host, but if you can get it setup, you should be good to go.

  • I am having the same issue. But I feel like even if I fix this problem – new issues will arise if the plugin is no longer being supported.

    Such a shame that the developers can’t let users know what is going on. I feel sorry for anyone who makes a new purchase and doesn’t get any support.
