    Hi there.

So sorry for only getting back to you now.

Please advise what version of the plugin you are using?

What version of WordPress are you using?

    Kind Regards,
    Jarryd

    Hi,

    Plugin version: 2.9
    WordPress version: 4.1

    Hi there.

Are you referring to the settings that are not saving?

Please confirm you have checked your Spam/Junk folder for the notifications?

Would it be possible to find out from your hosting company if the mail() function is available on your hosting package, as our plugin uses wp_mail() (which relies on the mail() function to exist) to send out the notifications.

    Kind Regards,
    Jarryd

    1. Yes, the “Main Settings” are not being saved.
    2. The mails are not in the Spam folder either.
    3. Only the initial mail is being sent to the customer that says,
Thank you for submitting your support ticket. One of our agents will respond as soon as possible.

To access your ticket, please follow this link: https://xyz.com

The follow up mails do not reach the customer probably because the “Send a notification when a new response is received” option is not being saved in the plugin settings.

I had the same problem with the free version. It saves (and works) in the Pro version.

    Hi KTS915.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will have it sorted out ASAP.

@wisdmlabs, in the mean-time, would it be possible for me to mail you a copy of the plugin with the relevant fixes? You can get in touch with us via our contact form here: https://solaplugins.com/contact-us/

    Kind Regards,
    Jarryd
