    I have a client using the full paid version of this plug in, but their support period has expired, so I assume this is the only place I can get any assistance. The issue is – they had a client make an appointment (the default is set to all appointments are PENDING until manually approved), they never received an email that there was a pending appointment (this could be a email fluke with this one, because they’ve been using this software for several months with no issues). However; the problem is, since they did not receive an email, they never confirmed the appointment – BUT, the client got a reminder the evening before the appointment telling them they had an appointment the next day. Is this a bug or is this because the appointment was not manually cancelled – the system just automatically sent out the reminder. It seems it should not do this, since the appointment was never confirmed. Can you help?

    Regarding the reminders, they will be sent even if the status of the appointment is pending. Statuses were implemented for managerial purposes, and if an appointment is booked you can consider it to be created successfully (regardless of the status:pending or approved).

    My client is having more issues with her Bookly installation. Emails are going out at incorrect times (emailing a reminder for a tomorrow appointment when the appointment is a week later) and now they cannot do anything within the calendar – new appointments or cancellations won’t update. They are willing to buy the next 6 months of support – but not if this is somehow suddenly not going to work for them at all. Please help.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
