Email notifications including strange text

    When we have email notifications set to send in plain text mode, every time there should be a line break in the email, this gets inserted instead:

    =0D=0A

    We only discovered this recently and realized we had switched PHP to 8.1 recently to, so we tested switching back and it only happens on PHP 8.1 and 8.0, but not on 7.4. Any idea why this is happening?
