    Hi Chris, recently when someone leaves a testimonial we are not getting the email notifications. Nothing has change except for the plugin updates. Any suggestions or is this a known bug? The email address is working fine for us otherwise so it’s not on our side.

    Thank you for reaching out to us!
    I just double checked this on my end and it works as it should.
    Could you please also check your Spam folder? Maybe they went there.
    Also can you please try with a different email?

    Ok, I just tried a different email address and it works. This is odd because the info@ email address has been working fine with the plugin since day one and it’s receiving email from others. I checked the spamm and junk folders and they’re not going there. I will investigate this more on our side. Thanks for your assistance.

    Sorry to bother you again, it seems the problem has not been resolved. Here’s the update. Whenever I use any other email address bedside our randbweekend.com email addresses the testimonials come through. Once I use our domain email addresses they do not come through. Godaddy has informed me that the plugin must be Blacklisting our domain. So can you advise me how to have our domain not blacklisted or where in the setting I can fix this?

    Thank you for letting us know.
    I just double checked this and our plugin does not have anything for blacklisting.
    Strong Testimonial uses the core WordPress function for sending emails: wp_mail
    Also our latest updates did not have any changes related to that function or how the plugin sends emails.
    We are unsure why that specific address mail does not work but it does not appear to be from the plugin, I’m sorry.
    Nonetheless, we will investigate this further and see if there is something we can improve in a future update.
