Email Notifications not displaying as HTML

    What could be the reason that email notifications are not displaying as HTML to the recipient? Instead, it’s just a straight line of text with no paragraph breaks.

    Under myCred > Email Notices it is set to “HTML.” The notification is formatted correctly in the editor (myCred > Email Notifications).
