  • Hi @icebella,

Can you tell me if this is the documentation that you’re looking at?
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#email-notifications-forms

While you’re editing your form you can switch to Email Settings tab and from there you can edit Admin Email settings or add a new email to send a confirmation to users:
    https://monosnap.com/file/Nft2wQiCrx0o65RCbrKMrqIuE93dP9

If your emails are set up and not sending you might want to try setting up an STMP to handle your emails, or maybe just check your Junk/Spam folder and make sure that the email didn’t end up there ??

    Cheers,

Ok now I know for a fact there is an issue with Forminator sending to certain emails.

I have been trying to get it working to send it to an email address thats a group email that two people get.

I tried it in forminator but email doesnt deliver, I know the form is working as I have things set to get a copy.

I tested out another form builder to deliver to that group email and they get it no problem. They have checked their spam folders.

Would really appreciate some help on this as this is a big issue for me as lots of businesses use their info@… email to ensure at least two employees receive submission copies.

Hello! So this is the way how to solve this problem – with sending email with filled form to Admin. (Still need to figure out how to send confirmation to user). Anyway, here is what I did.

    1. You need to have email with your website name after @ – [email protected]
    2. You need to install WP plagin Easy WP SMTP.
    – SMTP host SSL
    – SMTP Port: 465
    – Username: The username that you use to login to your mail server
    – Password: The password that you use to login to your mail server

This fixed my problem. Please let me know if it worked for you.

About the user notification. You need to add another email notification to the Form and set field “email” in RECIPIENTS menu in selected list (press + on the right). It will only be possible if you add Email field in your Form. Then fill the form the way you want user to see it. Please, let me know if it worked.

I have two submission notifications – one to me and the other to the other email address (I use Forminator all the time) They are definitely not getting it to that address. Thats why I installed another form builder to test it out – its definitely something up with Forminator delivering to group addresses like info@ etc.

Sorry that you are having this issue. My formbuilder works just fine for single emails.
My answers above might help other users. So if you also solve your problem, please share. Have a nice day!
