Email Notifications Not Working

I’m having some problems with email notifications not being sent when a Revisor submits a revision. I have toggled the email notification settings a few different ways, but the only time any email is sent is when Revisionary is when “Email Editors and Administrators when a Pending Revision is submitted” is set to By Default.
I need Revisonary to send email notifications to the original author only (not to all admins). I have toggled the “Email original Author when a Pending Revision is submitted” option to Always and have changed “Email Editors and Administrators when a Pending Revision is submitted” to Never, but now no emails notifications are being sent at all.
