Email Notifications on Forminator Not Working

    Hi,

    I’ve set two email notification for the form.

    1. Admin Email
    For the organiser to receive the email notification when new participant sign up. However, all the gmail and outlook didn’t receive any email when there is new sign up. It was working fine before but not working since this week.

    2. Workshop Registration Confirmation
    For participant who registered to receive a confirmation email. Tested this out with gmail and outlook, not working too. It was working fine before but not working since this week.

    Please let me know what to do to fix it. Thanks.

    Therefore, the issue is most likely related with your outgoing email settings. You can check with your hosting provider and install Email logging plugins and test out email delivery from your site accordingly. We suggest using SMTP and related plugins to maximize email deliverability and minimize any possible issues.
