    Hey @nitinbidani

The default WooCommerce email notifications are working fine? If not, that could be a problem related to the default email sender of WordPress so you could use an SMTP plugin to resolve this.

Also, are you using the latest version of WP, plugins, etc?

    Hi Keylor,

    Thank You for reverting.

Yes. Though, the default email Notifications of Woocommerce are delivering on SPAM folder but they are working fine.

However, I do see some plugins need updates. Do you think, updating them might resolve this problem?

I would update them all and let you know if issue resolves after that.

I updated all other plugins but I am still not able to recieve email notifications.

Have you checked the Enable order email notification checkbox and added your store email address to be notified? Just like this screenshot: https://ps.w.org/wc-pickup-store/assets/screenshot-14.jpg?rev=2150306

I have tested the functionality and works as I expect.

It is enabled. For your ease, I have added your email ID in notification. Attached is the screenshot.

Please try placing an order yourself with Georgia Store and see if you recieve an order.

Can we get your mail server settings?

Also, were you able to please an order?

If so, did you get email notification?

    Hey @nitinbidani

I completed 2 orders using different email addresses, but I have no email notification, neither Customer nor Store Notification. You can try to resend the email notification from the admin panel to check if this process works or not as well.

Also, I recommend you to test your site using SMTP with this plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/

That might be because, we had to change the email ID for some other tests and probably you might have tried after that change.

Anyways, I can notice that after updating all plugins, the emails are all going fine. So issue seems to have resolved for now.

But the emails are still going in spam, which could be on us also.

But can I please ask your mail server IP and DKIM details so that we can make sure that emails coming from these IPs are authenticated.

    Hello @nitinbidani

If emails are going to spam that means any other problem, but it is not related to this plugin.

Again, I recommend you to use an SMTP plugin to check for any server issues with emails.

    Keep in touch

    Regards.

    I use an online translator.

I have the same problem. Woocommerce sends the 3 emails to both the admin, the store owner (I use WC Vendors) and the customer, but does not send the email to the pickup store, even with the “Enable order email notification” checked box.

    Hey guys,

I’ve released a new version with this issue fixed (I hope so).

Now several email addresses are allowed, separated by a comma, and a new filter was added to manage the email type to send this notification per store.

    wps_cc_on_email_types

Default email types from the plugin
    array('new_order', 'customer_processing_order', 'customer_completed_order', 'customer_invoice')

Hope it works for all of you guys

    Regards.

    Hi Keylor,

Is it possible to modify the email template to include the store address that the customer chose?

    Thanks

    Hi,

First of all, thanks a lot for your great plugin, I’ve been using it for 6+ months and it does a perfect job.

I’ve updated everything yesterday on my website, and i’ve got a problem since i’ve updated to wordpress 5.5.3 and WC Pickup v 1.5.28 (i was on wordpress 5.4.x and wc pickup store 1.5.23) : i cannot manage to send a copy of orders to the pickup store.

Eveything else works fine on the website, including the pickup store selection and information display, but the order email is only sent to the main email, not to the “Order Email Notification” field of my stores as a cc.

I’ve disconnected every cache plugins, and also tried to replace wps_cc_email_headers function in wps-functions.php with the one in v1.5.23, but with no luck (if i simply replace lines 210 to 244, no mail is sent, even to the admin store email).

Any clue what I could try to correct this ? Or any other solution I could setup to send the order to the pickup store ?
