    Hi,

    When i configure Email notifications to different emails to receive there is a new order confirmation it always send only to the admin of the wp website (general settings) and the ones used in Email notifications never receive it.

    I checked in the database and emails added to the Email notification and they are stored there.

    Any idea what i am missing here ?

    Hi there,

    Just to make sure – are those emails triggered but not received, or are they not even triggered?

    If you’re unsure how to check that, please install an email logging plugin like https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/email-log/ and then place a test order. The list of email addresses that are triggered will be shown in the log ??

    Thanks for the response.

    They are not. I checked the log before and only send to the WP admin. (and client) in the database are the different email (the ones who must receive new order confirmation)

    So very strange

    Hi @itism64. If you are still facing this issue, please share your system report with me. You can find it by going to WooCommerce > Status > Get system report and then click Copy for support to be able to paste it in your reply.

    Hi @itism64. In general, support by email is for customers at WooCommerce.com. However, if you have a WooCommerce.com account, you can create a ticket using this link referencing this thread to share the system report.
