    Hi, we’ve been using this for a while and love it. however, sometime recently our users just stopped receiving notifications or digests. They still get regular buddypress notification emails (like if i mention someone with an @ sign) but not the ones from this plugin.
    I’m a developer, but I’m not sure how to troubleshoot this, so help would be appreciated!

    Hi Nancy,

    We just put up a new online community and are using this plugin. Did you ever find a solution to this problem?

    All our digests are “stuck” in the queue and not going out.

    I’m having a similar issue. Posted to a few different threads but haven’t found a solution so far. At first it seemed the email digests were stuck in the queue, but now I don’t see any messages in the queue even after I change the date and time settings. I really need this to work for an important presentation. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi There,

    I see you posted on the other issue. This was driving us crazy. I really can’t say why all of a sudden it started working but now it seems to be pushing daily and weekly digests out just fine.

    No plugin updates, no WordPress updates.

    If it hadn’t straightened itself out I was going to try this;
