Email notifications suddenly stopped working

I am using DWQA 1.3.3 with WP Multisite 4.3 with DWQA installed on one of the subsite. The plugin was working awesome, but i noticed i am not receiving email notifications for few days. I tested by creating the question myself but i did not get the email.

The notifications in settings are enabled and there is no issue with host in sending email, because i checked and i am getting emails with plugins etc.

I cant say if this has happened after updating to 4.3.

Any help?
