    Neither the test emails nor emails from saved templates are being delivered. Is there something I am missing when setting this up?

    Mail Options>> “Activate WordPress automatic email when an user is created or edited.”

    Enable mail templates is checked.

    An email template is loaded.

    There is no error message.

    When I send a test email, a pop-up window says:
    “Test email sent.”

    Why am I not receiving these emails as a test or after import?

    The other systems I am using that also deliver email notifications are BuddyBoss and Formulator PRO.

    Are there any known conflicts with either? Thank you!

    It seems that more than a problem sending the emails, which will be sent for sure, you have a deliverability problem in your site’s emails.

    Do you have your WordPress connected to a SMTP server so that the mail has a good degree of deliverability?

    Thank you for your prompt response, Javier. I was able to adjust the SMTP settings and the emails are now working.
