    Hi there,

    I use Wordfence for a number of websites without this issue, but on one, all email notifications and security alerts that are sent to me are being marked as Unverified. No other emails sent from this domain (including via a WordPress contact form) are being marked as unverified. Do you know why this could be?

    Hi @studiojk, thanks for reaching out to us.

    I’ve not seen any other cases we’ve discussed internally when taking a look into this for you, but it seems that the cause would lie with the SMTP sender, whether that’s a plugin or the default one on your hosting platform of choice. I understand that some emails are coming through fine, but all emails are ultimately still sent out from your site and not from us directly so may need some additional configuring.

    I would check in with your web host’s support channels if you use their mail services, or your plugin provider if you’re using a WordPress mail send plugin to see if they can point to what might be causing Wordfence emails to be treated differently to others.
