    Eli,

We are unable to see your screenshot because it is not a link to a screenshot hosting service.

However, I can guide you to the setting you’re looking for.

Inside the wp-admin of the elirab.me, you’ll want to head to “Settings” (from the left-hand menu), then “Reading” underneath it.

Once you click there, you will see a page that says “Reading Settings.”

About half-way down the page, you’ll see the “For each post in a feed, include” setting – Click “Full text” and then save the settings at the bottom of the page by clicking the button.

Please let us know the results of this troubleshooting and we can go from there. Thanks!

Hi – I have followed your instructions, and this email was received by me – it is from my new post (now) – no images or text – just:

    https://elirab.me/academic-article-on-orla/

I ticked off “Full Text” as instructed

    Hi @elirab

    > I ticked off “Full Text” as instructed

Based on what you are writing here, you will actually want to click the box next to “Full Text” as shown in this screenshot:

    https://d.pr/i/vdVJlO

Please try that and let us know if a new post sends the email notification with the full text.

If it’s still not working after that, there may be something else installed on the site that’s causing problems. The quickest way to figure out if something is interfering is to test for a plugin conflict.

I know it’s less than ideal, but could you please try the following:

    * **Temporarily deactivate all the site’s plugins except for Jetpack and clear your browser’s cache.** Then try posting a new post again. If the email notifications contain the full text, then we’ll know that another plugin is conflicting here. You can re-enable your plugins one by one, posting in between to test the notifications, until you find the one causing the conflict. You can leave it disabled or reach out to the plugin developer for a fix.

Deactivated all, except for Jetpack and posted. Now no email notification came thorugh, but even summary.

    So now?

    Thanks

    Hi @elirab

I took another look at your site and I see that you have a plugin called “wp-post-email-notification” enabled. Based on the support page for that plugin:

    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-post-email-notification/

It appears that this plugin is generating your email notifications. Can you confirm that you see this in your WP Admin dashboard:

    https://d.pr/i/GD7vHW

If you are indeed using this plugin, WP Post Email Notification is sending the email notices about new posts, not Jetpack.

In order to change this, you will need to switch to a different Subscriptions plugin/feature (such as the one included in Jetpack) or you will need to reach out to the developers of WP Post Email Notification to ask them if it is possible to configure the plugin to send the full text of posts.

    Yes, I see it

Please let me know where I will find the Jetpack feature, and I can try it instead.

    Best

    Hi @elirab

Great, I’m glad we figured out what was causing the issue!

You can set up the Jetpack Subscriptions feature by following along with the guide here:

    https://jetpack.com/support/subscriptions/

Switching will mean that your subscriber count will return to 0, so you will want to weigh whether a switch makes sense in your case.

No luck – I am still receiving a summary email for my latest post

    https://elirab.me/zoom-the-bielski-partisans-reunion/

There is still a setting somewhere which is giving me summary rather than full email post.

I have another domain name Kehila.net – which seems to be working ok. Is there a way to duplicate my email subscribers list from elirab.me to kehila.net. I have a csv file of my email subscribers.

    Thanks

    Hi @elirab

    > There is still a setting somewhere which is giving me summary rather than full email post.

I looked at your site elirab.me and the plugin WP Post Email Notification is still installed and enabled. It is managing your email notifications. If you are having issues with it, you will need to contact the plugin authors as it is separate from Jetpack:

    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-post-email-notification/

    > I have another domain name Kehila.net – which seems to be working ok. Is there a way to duplicate my email subscribers list from elirab.me to kehila.net.

On this site, you are using a different plugin to manage your email list:

    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/email-subscribers/

Jetpack does not allow you to import a list of subscribers, so if you want to move an existing list, you will need to use a different solution.

I would recommend that you reach out to the authors of the plugin you use on Kehila.net to see if there is a way to move subscribers to Elirab.me:

    https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/email-subscribers/?view=all

Unfortunately, these issues are not something that we can help you with as they are not related to the Jetpack plugin.
