email on multipage forms

Hi. Thank you immensely for taking this up from delicious days. I think I’d shoot myself if I had to start all over.

I was having an issue with captcha not displaying on my website… so I upgraded from the 14.6 version to 14.9.5. This corrected the captcha issue, but now my multi-page forms do not send emails. The single page forms work fine. Have you had anyone else have this problem? Also, if I change the multi-page form to use the Q&A, then it works.
