Email on New User

    Hi,

    I have downloaded and taken out a year subscription.

    In the setting I have setup an e-mail to trigger on when a new subscriber gets added.

    However it does not send.

    Any ideas why this is happening?

    Can you send a regular newsletter? Has the subscriber confirmed subscription (welcome email won’t be sent to unconfirmed subscriber)?

    Thanks for the reply.

    The user does not have to confirm their subscription with our setup. They just become an active subscriber straight away.
