Email only if file changed

    Hi,

    Can you enhance the plugin to email notifications only if the file has changed (I guess using the file’s hash or date-time value change) and enable us to set that only the last X lines will be sent?

    You can leave the current setting, so the user will ask the plugin to *check* every X hours/days/etc. but actually send an email if there is a change in the file’s content.
