Email opt in before questionaire

Hi,

I’ve seen on the plugin features theres away of creating an email optin for users to get their results via email. How do I enable this feature as I can’t see it anywhere.

Also just testing out a test quiz people are able to select a different answer after they have clicked finish on the quiz is there away of disabling this so they cant change their answer once they have clicked finish
