Email opt in – Customize Colors

    I’m trying to create an email opt in pop up using Hustle. When I select the color scheme and hit “customize colors” all the boxes where I would select the custom colors for my theme are grayed out and I’m not able to select them. Do I need the PRO version to customize a pop up? Thanks

    Hope you’re well.

    This is not a limit of the free version, there is a bug about “customize colors” feature. We have already a report about that and our developers working on it. One of the next releases it will be fixed. Until that time you can use custom CSS for editing colors.

    Hello, I’m considering purchasing your plugin to replace Privy, howevever I need certain requirements for functionality. I’m glad to read that some customization will work with the free version. I’m unclear, however about what ONE free opt-in email precisely means. Can you please let me know if it means only one type of opt-in email template or only one person can opt-in before you have to purchase the $49 / mo version, or something else? Sorry this and the following wording wasn’t exactly clear to me: “Hustle gives you all the same settings as Hustle Pro. The only difference is that Hustle Pro offers unlimited opt-ins, custom content, and social sharing.” Many thanks!

    Hope all is well!

    With Hustle lite version, you can have only one Opt-in created, with any email serves selected. An unlimited number of users can signup for a newsletter. If you need more then one, you can create these with a Premium version.

    I am afraid these forums are dedicated only to free version of the plugin. If you have any questions regarding the Premium version please feel free to contact us directly using this contact form. From the options, please select “I have a pre-sales question”. You also can signup for a trial subscription to check our services.

    In case you have any further questions regarding the Hustle free version, please open a new thread in these forums.

    Just wanted to thank you for your reply and clarifying some details of the Lite version! I couldn’t locate a way to contact you all directly on your website. Thanks for providing the form link. Since the free version only allows one Opt-in and I’ll need a new one each month, unfortunately, I don’t believe it will work as an alternative to what I’m using.
