Email Order Details As A CSV To Supplier

    Hello,

    I’m currently subscribed to the premium version of your plugin and had a question regarding order detail exports. Is it possible to send an order’s details to suppliers in a custom CSV format, rather than including them within the body of an email or attaching them as a PDF?

    If so, I would appreciate any guidance on how to set this up.

    Hello Benjamin, the plugin sends the order details in the body of the email and can also send them in pdf format but we are sorry to say that there is no way to send them as csv and it would not be possible to do it by writing a bit of code.
    If it is very necessary for you, you can send us an email to [email protected] with all the details to request a quote for a custom development.

    Hello,

    That makes sense, appreciate the assistance! On a side note, I’m also wondering if it is possible to set the ‘Order status to trigger automatic sending emails to suppliers’ to ‘Completed’, as opposed to ‘Processing’ or ‘On Hold’?

    Hello Benjamin, at this time it is not possible to select “Completed” to send emails. To do so we would need to develop a plugin for that status.
