email orders on-hold

Hi,
I am a new to woocommerce and learn every day.
I have searched the net and found out that orders that are not automatically paid(IDEAL) get the status on-hold (correct?)

Q one:

I want an email on a daily basis with orders that have the status on-hold (status report)
How can i achieve that ? Is there a (free) plugin?

Q: two
How can i change the status from on-hold to completed WITHOUT login in?
For exmple can i update the status with an email or something like that.
