Email OTP window appears embedded in my Dashboard

    I’ve been using the plugin reliably (on four sites) for some time and all has been well. Just recently on one site the behavior of the email 2FA has changed.

    Now when I enter the logon / password I get the Shield Email OTP screen but this screen is embedded as a window within a screen showing my WordPress dashboard. I have to click on any link in this dashboard screen to get to the “proper” (full-size) Shield Email OTP screen. Then, upon supplying the OTP obtained from the email I see his embedded screen a second time. Again, I just click any link on the Wp dashboard and I’m properly logged on.

    There seems to be no security issue and I can continue as normal, it just seems odd behaviour and wondered if you would know what’s happened.

    Hi Ron,

    You’re right, this is odd behavior.

    We’re not sure what’s happening. It could be another plugin (or theme) installed on your site that’s being quite aggressive in enqueuing its own CSS styles.

    You may want to try to disable each plugin (or theme), 1 at a time and test. When OTP loads normally, you’ve found the problem plugin/theme.

    Please try this and let us know what you’ve found.
