Email pending members shows as “1970-01-01 1:00:00”!

Hello, we noticed that since 16-01, when a new member registers his email address shows up in the “pending members” page as “1970-01-01 1:00:00”.
If we click on the button to see the “meta” of the user, the correct address is there!
The email IS sent to the real address.
After confirmation by the user (or manually by the admin), in the members’list, the correct email shows up.

Since the 16-01 we updated WP (to 4.9.2, automatic upgrade) and the following extensions:
profile-builder
auto-post-to-instagram
wp-security-audit-log

Not sure where the bugs come from…
