I found this guide that has a step-by-step on how to do this by using their plugins. It uses Email Customizer, which we have on our marketplace and if you purchase from there we can provide support, and also Conditional Logic, which is a third-party plugin, so we are not able to provide support for it.
If you want to check other options, you can search for “woocommerce custom email per product”, or something similar, on the Plugins > Add New section of your dashboard or on a search engine like Google, for example.
As I mentioned, we do not provide support for third-party plugins, so it is good to check the plugin thoroughly to see if it is reliable. You can find more about this in this guide.
