Email Piping, email parsing

I am looking for any information regarding assistance in configuration and customisation of wp pipes email capabilities.
We would like to use it to retrieve email and parse email messages in order to open a ticket like support service.
Requests for assistance reach us either by email message containing description of the issue of by voice mail. The voice mail messages arrive into the same mail inbox as the text request so the messages should be parsed and the text contained in the body of the message and the voice mail attachement, a .wav file, should be stored in the appropriate fields. Assitance request should be retrieved and acted upon by helpdesk agents directly by connecting to their WP account where they find the assistance requests they have been assigned.
