    Hi!

    Email piping feature looks GREAT. Question:

    We will be using the email piping add-on with an email used for many purposes (support, sales, marketing, etc). Can we set a rule in SupportCandy to just “import” incoming emails with a specific criteria? (example: subject contains the word “Support”).

    Unfortunately, such a feature is not available.

    Please note, Email piping addon is a premium product and giving support for premium products is not allowed here on www.ads-software.com. In case you have any suggestions/bugs in premium products in the future, please create a ticket on our website.
