Email Plugin

I am trying to use the plugin contact form to email on my new site https://plumber-toronto.org but its kinda driving me mad trying to remove the default page and replacing it with a new page before using the new plugin. Thanks for any help

Can someone help me how to set pages to nofollow without the use of a plugin. Too many plugins slows down websites. My site is https://roofersmanchester.co.uk and when I have tried turning my pages to nofollow links and then check the site by looking at the source code, I cannot find the nofollow code on my pages.
