Email plugin update that says “Virus Error”

I constantly get emails sent from my WordPress site, letting me know when my plugins update. It uses a pretty standard template. Today, I received a plugin update email that had the words “Virus Error” in the subject line. Otherwise, the email matched the template of all the other emails I receive, and contained no other info about a virus. I checked the site health page, and found no issues. What would cause this? Does my site have a virus? Does one of my plugins contain malware?

Looking at the email headers, this email originated from my server using my site’s SMTP settings.
I’m also using a few security plugins:
Limit Login Attempts Reloaded
WPS Hide Login
Disable XML-RPC-API
Captcha Code (WebFactory Ltd)
WP Block Admin Login
WPS Hide Login
