email pop form and button

Greetings,

i’d like to add a “sign me up” button to one of my pages that then opens up an e mail contact form which links to my mail chimp account. I’m having problems linking the button (maxbutton plugin) to the popup (popup maker plugin) and then creating an email contact that’s linked to my MailChimp account.

Is there one plugin that does all this, for free, and is user-friendly?
