H! Is there a way to customize the preheader text? Currently, it shows “[site-name] content-of-email.” I would like to personalize it for each email, if possible. Thank you!

    Hello @vvrcsjrdm,

Can you explain what “preheader text” you’re referring to? I’m unable to identify the text you’re referring to based on the description. Do you have a screenshot or can you give more information so I can find the exact text you’re referring to?

Hi! Email preheader is the?summary text that follows a subject line when the email is viewed in an inbox. Like this: https://blog.mailup.com/wp-content/uploads/preheader_show.gif

    Hello @vvrcsjrdm,

The email client in your screenshot shows the email subject line and then shows the email content. You can edit the Body Text for standard WooCommerce emails to change the text you’re referencing. However, the email designer only designs standard WooCommerce emails, not other emails your site may send.
